Novelist Clarice Lispector said, "The world’s continual breathing is what we hear and call silence." Would you like to explore silence and breath? Kim Marie Glynn will provide a space to uncover the scientifically proven benefits and powers of silence in our lives. Together we will cultivate ways to create more silence within the noise of everyday life to breathe deeper into the peace that is present.
 
 Kim Marie has been immersed in the powers of silence for many years. She is a meditation leader, who also works with the breath and knows the therapeutic value of the natural world to balance us in this noisy world. She studied the power of silence in Tibet and found it was a way to also hear into what can heal within ourselves and our world. She looks forward to delving into the depths of the breath and silence with you and seeing what we find together.
