Vermont Trivia Event (8/12 at 6:30 PM) Will Be Virtual

UPDATE 8/11: Initially the hope was this could be a picnic, but with storms in the forecast plus new information coming from the CDC about transmission of the variant, it feels like the original plan to hold it inside in case of inclement weather doesn’t feel as right as it did back when initially planning.

So, we’re going to move this trivia event onto Zoom, with the same start time (6:30 pm). And the theme will remain the same — the questions are all going to be on the theme of Vermont. Some history, some geography, some pop culture -- we will try to hit this from a bunch of angles.

We’re bummed but it feels like it will be more comfortable for everyone to go this route. It’ll still be a super-sized event (five rounds!) with a few more prizes than usual, so hope you can make it.

And hey, because we already bought a number of individually packaged desserts in hopes of us being together outside, those treats will be available at the library during our normal hours on Thursday — mention at the front desk that you plan to join in on trivia and we can give you some treats to take home for when you hop on to join virtually (as supplies last).
