Let us pick out some films for you! Sign up for a "Movie Grab Bag" pickup on 5/27
Do you know the feeling of finally settling down on a weekend evening to watch a movie, so you start scrolling through available options…. and the next thing you know, an hour has gone by, you haven’t made a final choice and now you’re too tired to even sit through something?
Well, at the very least, I (Meg) find this very relatable — so I want to help take some of that guesswork out of what should be a relaxing activity by offering an upcoming “movie grab bag” pickup day on Friday, May 27.
How does it work?
Anytime up until the time the library closes on the preceding Thursday evening, fill out a very brief Google form (links are below!). This will allow you to give some insight as to the types of genres you like and some other preferences, plus a couple questions that will help curate the additional contents of the grab bag. That information will be valuable as we set about to make some surprise selections for you.
So long as that form is completed, by the time we open on those designated Fridays, a bag will be ready for you to pick up with two DVDs selected just for you* and checked out, plus some snacks and other goodies. Take it home and (hopefully) enjoy the surprise!
*Checked out DVDs will be due the following Friday.
