VT Cartoonist Laureate Tillie Walden to Visit CCL!

Please join us on Thursday, May 16th at 6:30 pm for a visit with Tillie Walden, the current Cartoonist Laureate of Vermont. Walden is the creator of many popular and award-winning graphic novels such as Spinning, On a Sunbeam, Alone in Space, and the Clementine series based on The Walking Dead.

Walden’s beautifully drawn books contain inventive, captivating, human stories which often explore queer themes. Her talk at CCL, Comics and Queerness in Vermont and Beyond, will illustrate the power of visual storytelling and its ability to champion narratives for all identities and ages.
